  • Staff Augmentation Services: IT staffing and resource augmentation solutions.

Criteria for Acquisition

  • Annual revenue starting from $1 million.

  • EBITDA from $200,000 and above.

  • Existing management structure (preferred but not required).

  • At least 3-5 years of operation in the market.

Whether it's a growing business looking for capital or a distressed acquisition, I am open to various investment strategies, including:

  • Minority stake purchases.

  • Majority stake purchases.

  • Full business acquisitions.
